Children In Street Situations: A Global Crisis
Every day, millions of children around the world find themselves living on the streets. These children are often victims of violence, exploitation, and neglect. They face a constant struggle for survival, and their future is often bleak.
The United Nations Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Violence Against Children has released a report on the situation of children in street situations. The report highlights the many challenges these children face, including:

- Neglect
- Discrimination
The report also calls for action to protect children in street situations. This includes:
- Investing in programs that prevent children from running away from home
- Providing safe spaces for street children
