SCEF is happy to announce that we have been awarded a Grant: Partnership to Educate All Kids (PEAK) Fund Outcome from Global Fund for Children. The grant is geared toward Strengthening SCEF’s Foundation to Accelerate Growth and Sustainability (SCEF-FAGS). SCEF-FAGS project seeks to equip our human resources, with the capacity-building and needed logistics to build a stronger team bonding and explore opportunities to promote the mental health & wellness of the human resource in the organization.
Awareness of mental health & wellness has a substantial impact on every person’s life. Healthy habits, physical health, and functional ability, economic input, relationships with coworkers and family members all increase as a result of wellness. Optimizing the health of all employees is a key component of workplace wellbeing. Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, many employers have become more aware of how employees’ welfare might affect their performance and, ultimately, the business results. Employers had to find solutions to meet the growing demands for empathy toward their employees since they were traumatized and agitated due to happenings of the pandemic
To promote the mental health of the human resources in the organization, SCEF is organizing a 3-day retreat from the 19th to the 22nd of September. Our lives are filled with obligations, tasks, and deadlines, so the chance to temporarily put all of these responsibilities on hold can have a profound effect on our mental well-being. The retreat will provide us with the chance to rest, rejuvenate, gather our thoughts, rediscover what matters most in life, stand tall, and re-gain the drive to the resume duties of life. After the retreat, our ability to manifest will be considerably stronger and faster. All that good energy will be to manifest and carry out our duties diligently.
