What volunteer Seyram Adabra has to say

My Voluntary service at Street Children Empowerment Foundation (SCEF) was one of the best experiences in my work career because it was enlightening and an eye-opener. I was given first-hand experience in website management, news story writing, video editing, voice-over recording, creating a captivating social media post, and capturing a professional video. During all these processes, I was very much involved in the day-to-day activities and also given the space to be creative.

Reflecting on my first day at SCEF, it was one of the most memorable days of my time at work. After being introduced to everyone, I was oriented on the past and current projects ongoing. I was asked for recommendations to improve certain aspects of the projects.

The Communications department staffs where I was placed were very open and happy for me to contribute as much as I wanted and welcomed my suggestions and ideas. This instantly made me feel comfortable as part of the team. Everybody at the organization was very accommodating and always willing to aid and educate me in other departments.
Thank you SCEF for the opportunity, God bless you for touching and changing the lives of street children.

You can also be part of SCEF by joining our offsite community volunteers program. SCEF is always happy to have you make an impact in the lives of children in street situations. https://scef.scef-international.org/volunteer-with-us/
